The Coming

Very soon the world will witness a bright star in the heavens, visible everywhere at once. About a week later, Maitreya [pronounced My-trey-ya] will begin his open emergence, although not using the name Maitreya.

He is The World Teacher for all humanity and he will be interviewed on a major US television program. His message will be one of sharing in order to save the world. He will seek to inspire humanity to see itself as one family, and to create world peace through sharing, economic justice and global cooperation.

Silly? The rantings of some fringe group? Well, MarketWatch, a Dow Jones & Company subsidiary, owned by Rupert Murdoch, who also owns the Wall Street Journal and FoxNews, reported this on December 12, 2008

This Maitreya is said to be known to Christians as Christ, to Muslims as the Imam Madhi, to Hindus as Krishna, to Jews as The Messiah and to Buddhists as Maitreya. He is said to be the one behind every positive global, social development in recent times. He and his group work behind the scenes of our changing world.

"With Maitreya and his group working openly in the world, humanity is assured not only of survival but of the creation of a brilliant new civilization."

Jesus said: Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. [Mt. 24:23-26]

The world is waiting for some catastrophic event. Time Magazine devoted an 8-page spread to it's cover story on miracles, concluding: "People are hungry for signs." And that was April, 1995

As in the days when Jesus was born, the world lies in anticipation. And many are the false prophets and counterfeit "Christs" just waiting to deceive the masses. Some of them come with strange sounding names. Others are ordinary and popular figures we tend to respect. Such are the ways of those who deceive.

The most effective lie is the one with the most truth in it!
